Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy, simply browse the Kibibi site and place any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have made your final selection click on checkout and you will be asked for a few details before we complete your order. You can amend your order at any stage or even return to shopping if you wish.
Once you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready for dispatch. If your item is out of stock, we will order it for you but will contact you to give you the option to cancel if you do not wish to wait. Where we need to order your item, it may take up to 2 weeks. In these cases we will contact you with more precise details and you can cancel at any time.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your product we offer a full money back no quibble guarantee. You will need to return your goods within 7 working days from receipt and we can arrange a replacement or refund to the value of the goods including the original postage.
If there is a problem with your goods, for example they are faulty or have been damaged in transit, then please contact us as soon as possible and before you return your goods. Tel 01292 613 344 or email info@kibibidesigns.co.uk. We will need your order number and your name and address. Also, please state whether you would like us to exchange or refund you for the goods.
If you are returning your goods because they are faulty or were sent in error then we would refund your postage. If you return your goods for any other reason we ask that you pay for the return postage.
Payment
You can pay by either of the following methods:
- Credit card over a secure server
- Uk cheque. Please make cheques payable to Kibibi designs and send then, along with details of your order, to Kibibi designs, 65 Midton Road, Ayr, KA7 2TN. We will send your goods out once your cheque has cleared and send you an email confirming dispatch.
You can choose from either of these methods when you come to checkout your basket.
Minimum orders
There is no minimum order amount, however there is a minimum postage charge of £2.50 (Uk delivery address only) All prices are in pounds sterling.

How will my order be sent?
We will send out items mostly by Royal mail first class small packet.
Large or heavy orders will be sent by carrier and require the signature of someone at the delivery address. We can accept a work address or neighbours address for delivery of your order.
When will my delivery arrive?
Regular delivery
Orders delivered within the uk are usually dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 5 working days.
If it has been between 5 to 10 working days since your ordered you should check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them and check any outhouses, porches where the parcel may have been left if it will not fit through your letterbox. Then check your local sorting office to see if the parcel has been returned there to await collection.
If it has been 14 working days since you ordered, Royal mail will now class your order as lost and we are able to send a replacement or give you a refund. Please contact us on 01292 613 344 or email us at info@kibibidesigns.co.uk giving us your order number, name and address. We cannot refund or replace good until 14 working days have passed from the date of dispatch.
Express delivery
If you choose express delivery we will do our best to dispatch your order on the same day as long as we have received your order before 12 noon. Your parcel will then be dispatched on a next day delivery service which will be delivered any time up to 5.30pm . We will contact you if there is a problem with your order.
